What formats are supported?
The service supports conversion between CSV, Excel, JSON and TSV. Merge, split and join operations are available. Learn more on the Capabilities.
What is multiple processing?
You can upload multiple files at once and process them with a single operation. Results are downloaded as a single ZIP archive.
What are workflows?
Workflows are a sequence of operations for automatic file processing. For example, convert JSON to CSV and then merge. Learn more on the Workflows.
How long are files stored?
All files and results are automatically deleted 60 minutes after processing is complete. We do not store file contents permanently. Learn more on the Security.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is transmitted over a secure HTTPS connection. Files are automatically deleted. Only processing systems have access to files. Learn more on the Security.
What to do if there is an error?
Check the source file format and make sure it is not corrupted. If the problem persists, contact support and describe the error.
How does file merging work?
The merge operation combines multiple files into one by adding rows from all files sequentially. CSV, Excel, JSON and TSV are supported. All files must have the same structure.
How does file splitting work?
The split operation breaks one large file into several smaller ones by a specified number of rows. CSV, Excel, JSON and TSV are supported.
How does file joining work?
The join operation connects files by common columns, creating a resulting file with merged data. CSV, Excel, JSON and TSV are supported.
